Join a growing national corporate team in Birmingham advising on a broad range of mid‑market transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, management buy‑ins/outs, private equity and venture capital investments, and equity capital markets work.

You will work as part of a collaborative team that covers the full UK jurisdiction and benefits from sector‑focused delivery and central transaction support (tax, antitrust, IP, real estate, banking, employment and regulatory). The role offers exposure to corporates, PE/VC investors and founder/management groups and opportunities to develop sector expertise.

The firm invests in training, career development and business development support so you can build technical, commercial and client‑facing skills while managing your own matters and supporting more junior team members.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent); 2–6 PQE.
Experience on mid‑market M&A, PE/VC and/or ECM transactions.
Strong commercial awareness, analytical and drafting skills; ability to manage multiple matters to deadline.
Enthusiasm for business development and working within a collaborative, sector‑focused team.
