Associate / Senior Associate — Corporate M&A, Sydney

Well-regarded national corporate team in Sydney is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its M&A practice. The role offers exposure to cross-border and domestic corporate transactions across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative deal team, advising on acquisitions, disposals and related corporate work. The role provides hands-on transaction experience and the opportunity to work with senior lawyers on complex matters.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in an Australian jurisdiction.
• Demonstrable M&A transaction experience in private practice or in-house.
• Strong drafting and commercial judgment; able to manage parts of a transaction file.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within deal teams.
