Join a busy, nationally ranked employment team as an Associate or Senior Associate based in Bristol (hybrid working available). You will act predominantly for employers, handling a mix of advisory work and tribunal litigation across sectors such as retail, financial services and the public sector.

Day-to-day work includes advising on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies; leading on Employment Tribunal claims for respondents; supporting TUPE, outsourcing and corporate HR aspects; and drafting contracts, handbooks and settlement agreements. You will collaborate with a national team and receive structured support for technical and professional development.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with 1+ years PQE in employment law
Experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and advising employers on HR-related issues
Strong drafting and client-facing skills; comfortable working in a team and supporting business development
