Minimum 4 PQE in funds / investment management at a reputable law firm
Experience with fund formation and platform work (closed‑ended and evergreen), and LP-side transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills
Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with multi-jurisdictional teams
