Join a top-tier Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services team in Sydney advising domestic and international fund sponsors, institutional and sovereign investors across a broad range of asset classes including private equity, infrastructure, renewables, real estate and private credit.

The role offers substantive deal work on fund establishment (widely held funds, funds-of-one, co-investment vehicles, continuation funds and IMAs), fund investments and secondaries, funds-related M&A and regulatory/compliance matters, including licensing and investor-facing advice.

Qualified solicitor with experience in funds, superannuation or financial services transactional work.
Practical experience in fund establishment and/or fund investments; exposure to secondaries and funds-related M&A advantageous.
Experience advising sponsors and/or institutional investors across a range of asset classes (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, renewables preferred).
Strong academics, excellent drafting and commercial judgment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a partner-led team and a desire to develop a specialist funds practice.
