Short-term fixed-term role within a global law firm’s General Counsel & Risk team based in London. You will join a small in‑house legal team advising on regulatory, compliance and practice‑risk matters across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

Typical work includes advising on regulatory obligations for the legal profession, supporting practice groups on risk issues (opinions, escrows, billing and client terms), drafting and updating compliance policies, and delivering training and awareness programmes to lawyers and business services teams.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction with City or comparable law firm experience.
Experience advising on regulatory and practice compliance matters for law firms or in-house legal teams.
Strong judgement on legal and commercial issues, with proven problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering training and awareness sessions; excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Comfortable working under pressure to deadlines; curious about AI and emerging technologies.
