Join a globally integrated Global Financial Markets team based in Australia (Sydney or Perth) advising on complex, cross-border financings and structured transactions. The role offers exposure to high-profile deals across infrastructure, energy, private capital and other sectors, working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

You will take an active role in transaction execution — drafting, negotiating and managing client-facing aspects — while contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior lawyers. 1–4 years PQE (Commonwealth qualification preferred)
Experience in one or more of: leveraged finance, project/infrastructure finance, general banking, asset finance, structured finance or restructuring
Strong technical and transactional drafting/negotiation skills and commercial judgment
Ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and support business development; commitment to mentoring and continuous learning
