Associate / Senior Associate — Healthcare Litigation, Sydney

Join a well-established international law firm’s Healthcare team in Sydney as an Associate or Senior Associate. This role provides regular exposure to complex medical negligence and product‑liability litigation for major healthcare and insurance clients.

You will work closely with a senior litigation partner, manage files with significant autonomy, liaise directly with insurers, healthcare providers and expert witnesses, and be involved in matters from inception through trial.

• Law degree with a minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in medical negligence and/or product liability litigation; defendant experience preferred (plaintiff experience will be considered).
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value matters independently, including drafting pleadings and court submissions.
• Strong legal research, advocacy, client‑management and commercial awareness; ability to meet billing expectations and contribute to business development.
