Join a well-established Australian litigation team in Sydney focusing on administrative and insurance-related statutory matters. You will work on matters involving Commonwealth jurisdictions, self-insurers and government agencies, with regular opportunities for tribunal advocacy.

This role offers exposure to contested and advisory work across administrative law and claims management in a collaborative team that provides mentoring and clear development pathways. Flexible and part‑time arrangements may be considered.

Appointments will be subject to standard pre‑employment background checks.

  • 2–7 years post‑admission experience in insurance, administrative law or related litigation practice
  • Experience advising on statutory issues, claims management or government agency matters preferred
  • Interest and experience in tribunal advocacy, strong drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation and client service orientation; ability to work collaboratively
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment; flexible working arrangements can be accommodated
