Join a well-established Australian litigation team in Sydney focusing on administrative and insurance-related statutory matters. You will work on matters involving Commonwealth jurisdictions, self-insurers and government agencies, with regular opportunities for tribunal advocacy.

This role offers exposure to contested and advisory work across administrative law and claims management in a collaborative team that provides mentoring and clear development pathways. Flexible and part‑time arrangements may be considered.

Appointments will be subject to standard pre‑employment background checks.

2–7 years post‑admission experience in insurance, administrative law or related litigation practice
Experience advising on statutory issues, claims management or government agency matters preferred
Interest and experience in tribunal advocacy, strong drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills
Excellent communication, organisation and client service orientation; ability to work collaboratively
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment; flexible working arrangements can be accommodated
