Join a growing Major Injury & Casualty team handling a mixed litigation caseload across personal injury, catastrophic loss, road traffic accidents, disease, historical abuse, employers and public liability, and motor claims. The role is available in Scotland and can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The team operates a hybrid working model with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office. You will be responsible for progressing your own matters, advising clients, and working with senior colleagues on higher-value and complex files.

This is an opportunity to develop technical insurance litigation skills, build client relationships and contribute to an expanding practice.

Experience in insurance litigation, including personal injury, catastrophic loss, RTA, employer /public liability or motor claims.
Evidence of managing a caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions and supporting senior colleagues on complex files.
Strong technical litigation knowledge, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
