Junior Associate - Healthcare

An expanding healthcare litigation team in the UK is hiring a junior associate to handle a mixed caseload of clinical negligence, historic abuse and personal injury matters. The role is based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow and involves regular client contact within a collaborative, supportive team.

The team acts for insurers, indemnifiers and individual professionals and works across litigation, regulatory and disciplinary hearings and public inquiries. The position offers exposure to a high-volume, technically challenging practice in a market-leading UK healthcare disputes group.

• Qualified solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE)
• Litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a mixed caseload including clinical negligence and abuse claims
• Strong written and oral communication and client-service focus
