The role involves advising on master trusts, pensions regulation, pension risk transfer and buy-outs, and related commercial documentation. You will work on matters for trustees, sponsoring employers and regulated providers, and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions.

1+ years PQE in a law firm or in-house legal team
Practical experience in pensions law and familiarity with Irish pensions regulation, including master trusts
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and pension-change documentation
Ability to advise both trustees and corporates and to work across regulatory, corporate and employment interfaces
Comfort working in cross-jurisdictional teams and strong written and verbal communication skills
