Join a growing Planning & Environment team in Sydney advising both public sector and private developer clients. The team handles a mix of litigation, advisory and contractual work with a collaborative, supportive culture and clear opportunities for technical development and progression.

The role involves Land and Environment Court litigation, complex statutory interpretation and regulatory advice on planning instruments, development contributions, contamination and environmental compliance. You will also draft planning agreements and bespoke agreements used in government matters and contribute to high-quality legal projects for public-sector clients.

Minimum ~2 years post-admission experience in planning, environmental or related litigation/advisory work
Strong legal research, statutory interpretation and written drafting skills
Experience or interest in Land and Environment Court litigation preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑trust team and manage client-focused matters
