Join a national finance team specialising in real estate lending and development finance. The role offers transactional exposure across bilateral, syndicated and structured real estate financings for lenders and borrowers, working alongside real estate, corporate, tax and international finance specialists.

There are two openings and candidates may be based in any regional UK office outside London. The team is collaborative and non‑hierarchical, with opportunities to work on cross‑border matters and to contribute to business development, training and knowledge management.

Qualified solicitor with significant experience in real estate finance; strong knowledge of LMA documentation.
Experience on bilateral, syndicated or structured real estate lending transactions; development finance experience desirable.
Ability and interest in supervising and coaching junior lawyers (for Senior/Principal level).
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and willingness to engage in business development and firm initiatives.
Sector experience in hospitality (hotels, F&B, travel & tourism) is an advantage but not required; open to candidates from other sectors.
Willingness to be based in and work from regional UK offices outside London.
