Join a growing private equity team in London advising on upper mid-market PE transactions, including buyouts, auction sales, management equity arrangements, public-to-privates and recapitalisations. The role offers exposure to lead deal work for fund clients and portfolio companies across the transaction lifecycle.

The team is expanding and offers opportunities to take responsibility early: leading deal documentation and project management, contributing to pitches and business development, and supervising junior lawyers. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex PE matters and support the firm’s commercial and market-facing initiatives.

4–8 years' PQE (preferred)
English-qualified solicitors or foreign-qualified lawyers with a PE-focused practice
Proven private equity transaction experience and familiarity with PE drafting and market practice
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
Willingness to contribute to business development, pitches and internal know‑how
