Join a band-1 disputes team advising on complex construction and infrastructure project disputes across Australia. You will work on matters arising from infrastructure, transport, mining, renewable energy and property development projects, using arbitration, court litigation and other ADR forums.

The role offers broad exposure to senior lawyers across the firm's national and international network, client-facing responsibility on substantive matters, and opportunities for secondment and international experience through a global alliance.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model and flexible working options.

Practical experience in construction and project disputes, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication under security of payment regimes.
Experience from a top-tier, national or international firm or equivalent in-house matters preferred.
Ability to manage larger matters, work collaboratively in teams, and supervise junior lawyers.
Willingness to participate in business development activities and to contribute to practice growth and mentoring.
