Senior associate-level role in a projects team advising on energy, transport and wider infrastructure matters. The team acts for both public and private sector clients on project delivery, project finance, PPP/DPC and energy transition work across the UK and internationally.

The role offers exposure to high-profile, technically complex transactions (including offshore wind, hydrogen, CCUS and other net-zero projects), opportunities for client-facing work and business development, and internal secondments across other UK and international offices. Hybrid, office-based or fully remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in projects, project finance, PPP/DPC or energy transactions.
Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills; experience managing detailed transactional documentation.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a larger team on complex cross‑discipline matters.
Excellent commercial judgment, client service orientation and business development instincts; resilience and strong interpersonal skills.
Outstanding academic record and good project management capability; rail experience preferable.
