Join a growing Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in Belfast on a hybrid basis. The role covers a mix of contentious and non‑contentious construction and projects work across sectors such as infrastructure, energy and real estate.

You will work on development and transactional construction matters, support dispute management and adjudication, and gain exposure to industry standard forms (NEC, FIDIC, JCT, RIAI). The team is growing nationally, offering clear progression and opportunities to contribute to regional business development.

Qualified Solicitor (c.1–6 PQE) with construction experience in Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland
Experience on both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters
Familiarity with standard industry forms (NEC, FIDIC, JCT, RIAI)
Experience supervising junior team members and supporting bids/tenders
Strong communication, organisation and client‑care skills; commercial mindset and interest in business development
Ability to work hybrid and collaborate across a national team
