Join a leading international corporate team in Hong Kong advising public companies on corporate and securities matters. You will work on IPOs, Listing Rules issues, public company M&A and related corporate finance matters within a fast-paced, cross-border practice.

The role involves drafting and reviewing prospectuses, annual reports and regulatory filings; conducting legal research and due diligence; supporting transaction execution; and liaising with regulators and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law
Demonstrable experience on HK IPO transactions and advising on Listing Rules matters
Experience with public company M&A advantageous
Fluent English and Mandarin required; Cantonese a strong preference
Strong drafting, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
