Join a national real estate team as an Associate or Senior Associate specialising in real estate finance. This full‑time, flexible role sits within an established Investment & Asset Management / Real Estate group and involves acting for lender clients across a range of financing transactions.

Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and negotiating finance documentation, running real estate due diligence, managing matters to completion (including post‑completion registration), and supervising more junior fee earners. The role offers early responsibility on files, client contact, and opportunities for business development.

Scottish qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience in Scottish real estate finance)
Proven experience in real estate lending/finance matters, including due diligence and documentation
Strong commercial awareness, organisation and communication skills; ability to run files to completion
Team player with enthusiasm for client service, business development and supervising junior colleagues
