Growing real estate group seeks an Associate or Senior Associate with public finance experience to join its transactional team. The role focuses on tax-exempt bond issuances and tax-incentive structures supporting commercial real estate projects.

Candidates may be based in Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, New York, or Washington, D.C.; the position supports cross-office collaboration on bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, and company counsel matters. Commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar experience would be a plus.

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in public finance or related real estate finance matters
Experience with tax-exempt bond issuances and tax-incentive transactions (e.g., bonds-for-title, PILOT or similar programs) as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel or company counsel
Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
Commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar experience is desirable
