Join a leading restructuring & insolvency team in Melbourne handling a broad mix of domestic and cross-border matters for banks, corporates, fund managers and trustees. The role offers exposure to large-scale commercial insolvency and restructuring work and the chance to take carriage of appropriate matters within a collaborative team.

The firm provides structured, globally integrated learning and development support and clear progression paths within the Restructuring practice. You will work closely with experienced practitioners, contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers while participating in pro bono and firm-wide initiatives.

Minimum 3 years PQE in restructuring & insolvency or commercial litigation
Experience on large-scale commercial insolvency and/or restructuring matters, including cross-border work
Strong drafting, analytical and technical skills; commercial approach to complex transactions
Exceptional client liaison and teamwork skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
