Join a leading funds, superannuation and financial services team in Melbourne, working on direct and indirect investments across private capital asset classes. You will advise institutional investors, including large superannuation funds, on pooled funds, co‑investments, funds‑of‑one, JVs and other closely held structures, plus investment management agreements and asset transition matters.

The role involves both transactional and regulatory work supporting investment activities, working with partners and lawyers across multiple offices. The position is permanent and full‑time, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available.

Experience in funds, superannuation or financial services advisory, from a top‑tier, national/international firm or in‑house team.
Practical experience on investments or funds transactions across private capital asset classes (real estate, infrastructure, private equity) and related IMAs/structuring.
Exposure to regulatory and compliance issues affecting investor activity is highly regarded.
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and commercial judgement, and a commitment to learning and mentoring.
