Join a growing real estate team focused on renewable energy projects. This role offers regular exposure to transactional work for developers and funders across a range of technologies and project types, with opportunities to work on significant, high‑profile energy matters with Scots law elements.

You will be supported by a close‑knit specialist team that provides structured training and mentoring, and expected to take ownership of files as your experience develops. There is scope to contribute to business development and help grow the practice.

Qualified solicitor in Scotland with c.1–4 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE).
Experience in real estate/property transactions, ideally with exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure matters.
Strong drafting and transactional skills, comfortable liaising with developers, funders and external advisers.
Team player with commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development.
