Join a growing Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) regulatory team based in Manchester, acting for a national portfolio of corporate and insurer-backed clients. The role offers exposure to a varied, often high-profile criminal and regulatory caseload, handled from investigation through enforcement and prosecution.

Work in a collaborative, supportive team in a flexible environment, with regular client engagement across England & Wales. You will develop specialist expertise in regulatory defence, coronial work and related regulatory matters.

Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' PQE (candidates outside this range may be considered).
Experience in health & safety, environmental crime, motor prosecutions or fire safety prosecutions/defence.
Comfortable handling investigations and criminal/regulatory proceedings; experience of coronial hearings advantageous.
Strong communicator, able to work in a fast-paced team and manage client service requirements and MI.
Willingness to travel across England & Wales and hold a full driving licence.
