The team is highly ranked and handles a varied caseload managing the property, financial affairs and health & welfare of clients who lack capacity.
The role offers autonomy to run your own property & affairs matters, manage deputyships and trusts, oversee property transactions and care arrangements, and prepare statutory will applications. You will work in a collaborative team environment and have opportunities to contribute to client engagement and business development.

- 4–8 years PQE handling Court of Protection matters
- Strong knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and related litigation
- Experience managing deputyships, trusts and property/affairs caseloads
- Excellent client-facing, written and advocacy skills; empathetic and resilient approach
