The role is available across multiple regional offices (Bristol, Cardiff and Southampton). Responsibilities include managing deputyships and trusts, overseeing property and care arrangements, preparing statutory will applications and chairing annual review meetings, with opportunities to contribute to business development and client engagement.
- Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years' PQE
- Strong knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and deputyship work
- Experience managing client-facing, sensitive matters and complex caseloads
- Ability to handle property transactions, trusts/deputyships and statutory will applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication; resilient and empathetic approach
