You will deliver client-focused advice on mental capacity and health & welfare issues, draft applications and statements, and advise on care needs, funding disputes and discharge/transition planning. The team values collaborative, compassionate practice and offers development opportunities within a supportive environment.
- Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in public law, Court of Protection or community care matters (desirable)
- Practical knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Experience acting for privately funded clients
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills; empathetic client handling
- Proactive, collaborative approach to work
