Senior technology solicitor opportunity for a Managing Associate to join a national digital/technology practice. The role supports delivery of commercial technology work across multiple UK offices and sits on cross-office project teams for software, IT outsourcing, commercial digital agreements and related technology matters.

The post involves substantial client-facing responsibility, drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts, supervising junior lawyers and coordinating with other practice areas on risk, data and commercial issues. The role is open to candidates based in any of the hiring firm's UK offices.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent technology-law qualification.
Proven experience in commercial technology matters (software licensing, outsourcing, SaaS, digital services).
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
Track record of supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and managing client relationships.
Strong commercial judgment, project management skills and ability to work across multiple offices.
