Senior associate-level role within a national commercial technology practice, open across multiple UK offices. The team advises on a wide range of technology contracts for customers and suppliers, from traditional IT and outsourcing to agreements supporting emerging technologies such as AI, cloud and automation.

The role involves drafting and negotiating technology contracts, advising on technology-related regulatory and compliance issues (including in regulated sectors), supporting technology elements of corporate transactions, and participating in client-facing work and business development.

Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Practical experience advising on IT, outsourcing and commercial technology contracts; drafting and negotiation skills essential.
Interest in and/or experience with artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, client-facing experience and willingness to contribute to business development.
