Join a UK-wide technology practice as a Service Innovation Lawyer focused on designing and delivering AI‑enabled legal services. You will be embedded in a fee-earning practice group, working alongside lawyers to apply generative AI and legal technology to live matters and to help develop new service and product offerings.

The role is open across multiple UK offices and operates on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary solutions team of technologists and legally experienced colleagues, receive structured training in AI and legal technology, and be supported to build practical expertise in service innovation and delivery.

Typical activities include scoping and testing AI‑enabled workflows, translating client and matter needs into risk‑aware delivery plans, championing adoption of governed AI tools, and contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement of delivery models.

Qualified lawyer with experience in the relevant practice area or strong grounding in commercial technology work.
Strong interest in AI and legal technology with the curiosity to build technical and commercial expertise; prior legal‑tech experience helpful but not required.
Ability to translate vague client requests into scoped, risk‑aware, deliverable plans and to manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging with senior fee‑earners and clients.
Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and rigorous in testing AI outputs; collaborative team player.
