Associate/Senior Associate, Commercial Technology (4-7 PQE)

A global, full-service law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (4-7 PQE) to join its Commercial Technology team in the UK. The role involves advising on technology contracts, including IT, outsourcing, and AI-related matters, with opportunities to work across sectors and with international clients.

• Qualified solicitor with 4-7 years' PQE in commercial technology law
• Experience advising on the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels and with diverse clients
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Genuine interest in technology, including artificial intelligence
• Experience with technology-related regulatory requirements, particularly in financial services, is an advantage
• Interest in supporting business development and coaching junior team members
