We are seeking an ambitious environmental solicitor to join a growing national environmental practice recognised among the UK's leading specialist environmental law teams. The team advises major corporates, utilities, public bodies, investors and infrastructure providers on complex environmental, sustainability and regulatory matters.

You will work alongside market-leading environmental lawyers on a broad mix of contentious, regulatory, advisory and project-based work across sectors including energy and utilities, waste and resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, transport and logistics, local government and real estate.

The role offers exposure to high-profile environmental incidents, enforcement action and major infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on combining technical excellence with commercially focused advice. You will handle matters ranging from environmental compliance and permitting through to due diligence, appeals and litigation, while contributing to client relationships, training and business development.

Qualified solicitor status with 3+ years' PQE
Experience of environmental, regulatory or public law matters
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in environmental law and sustainability
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to a growing practice
