Solicitor / Associate – Leisure & Hospitality Liability (Insurance)

We are recruiting several talented lawyers to join a growing Corporate Insurance & Risk team in Manchester, within newly created Leisure & Hospitality, Transport & Logistics and Industry Sector practices. This is an opportunity to help shape developing teams while managing a varied caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims for well-known corporate brands and their insurers.

The team is part of a market-leading claims practice that combines legal expertise, innovation and outstanding client service, advising major organisations across a wide range of sectors on managing complex claims and reducing risk. You will work closely with leading clients, provide technical leadership to colleagues, and have the chance to influence the future growth and development of the team — combining technical expertise, client engagement and leadership.

• Strong experience handling EL/PL casualty claims, ideally for corporate clients with large deductible or self-insured retention arrangements.
• A practical, commercial approach to claims management and dispute resolution.
• Confidence and credibility to mentor, coach and support others; ability to act as a technical referral point.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance legal risk, cost and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
