Employment Lawyer — Employment & Labor, Southampton

Join a well-established national practice as an employment lawyer based in the Southampton office. The role combines advisory and contentious work for employer clients across a range of sectors, including tribunal representation, contractual and policy advice, and day-to-day HR support.

You will work as part of a team handling complex employment matters, drafting settlements and documentation, advising on dismissals, disciplinary processes and TUPE-related issues, and liaising with clients on risk management and strategy.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment qualification.
• Practical experience advising employers on employment law, including tribunal litigation and advisory work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing work.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a team.
