A national real estate team is looking for a real estate lawyer with experience in public law and project work to join offices across the UK. The role sits in a team advising on public-sector property matters, regeneration and development projects, and associated transactional and statutory work.

The post involves advising public bodies, developers and stakeholders on land acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and planning-related property issues. You will work on multi-disciplinary matters with lawyers across offices and support delivery of client-facing advice, documentation and negotiations.

Qualified solicitor in the UK (or equivalent) with real estate experience.
Practical experience advising on public-sector property, regeneration/development projects or planning-related transactional work.
Strong drafting, commercial negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working across multiple offices and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
