Real Estate Lawyer (Finance & Investment) — Newcastle

Established practice seeks a commercial real estate lawyer to join its Newcastle office, focusing on real estate finance and investment work. The role will handle transactional matters for institutional, corporate and investor clients across lending, acquisitions and REIT-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a team handling complex financings and investment transactions, working closely with partners and other practice groups. This is a hands-on role with exposure to deal structuring, document negotiation and client-facing responsibility.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with relevant real estate finance experience
• Experience advising on property finance, investment transactions and/or REIT matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on security and transactional documentation
• Client-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
