Senior Associate — Property, Environment & Planning

A Senior Associate opportunity in a well-regarded national practice, joining a collaborative Property, Environment & Planning team. The role supports major infrastructure, energy and development projects across New South Wales, advising on commercial property, planning, Crown land and water licensing matters.

You will lead matters from instruction to completion, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide pragmatic commercial advice and build client relationships. The team is collegiate, offers flexible working and emphasises mentoring and professional development.

• Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in property, planning, infrastructure, energy or resources law.
• Strong working knowledge of NSW property law and experience managing complex property transactions.
• Demonstrated contract drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills.
• Experience working on major infrastructure, energy or development projects; comfortable with Crown land and water licensing matters.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team growth.
