Lawyer / Associate, Real Estate, Sydney

A senior-level associate opportunity within a well-regarded Real Estate team in Sydney. The role offers hands-on transactional work across commercial property matters for a diverse client base, with exposure to major property transactions and ongoing portfolio instructions.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that advises investors, developers and occupiers. The team delivers practical, commercially focused legal advice and supports lawyers’ development through client work and internal mentoring.

• Admitted to practice in Australia (NSW or eligible for admission)
• Prior experience in real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions/disposals, property development, due diligence)
• Strong drafting and commercial negotiation skills
• Client-facing, team-oriented approach and ability to manage matters to completion
