Join a market-leading projects disputes team advising on complex construction and infrastructure matters across Australia. You will work on a mix of arbitration, court litigation and alternative dispute resolution for projects in sectors including infrastructure, mining, renewable energy and property development.

The role offers exposure to cross-office teams, responsibility for significant matters, and a hybrid working arrangement. There are clear development pathways, secondment opportunities through an international alliance, and a broad professional training and mentoring program.

Experience in construction and project disputes, including arbitration and court litigation.
Familiarity with adjudication/Security of Payment processes and other ADR mechanisms (mediations, DRBs/DABs, expert determination).
Track record managing larger matters and working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
Willingness to participate in business development (pitches, articles, events) and to mentor junior lawyers.
