We are seeking an experienced litigator to join a highly regarded national Litigation & Disputes team, working closely with a partner and a junior lawyer on property-focused disputes.

The practice acts for prominent institutional landlords, property owners and managers across Australia, advising on a broad range of property and leasing disputes. The team regularly appears in State and Federal Courts and specialist tribunals, offering exceptional advocacy and litigation experience.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of property and leasing disputes, from strategy through to resolution, with significant client exposure and partner support. This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career within a collaborative, growing team serving a premium client base.

At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, disputes or property litigation
Experience managing a variety of disputes, ideally including property and leasing matters
Court appearance experience and confidence engaging in litigation processes
Strong drafting skills across pleadings, affidavits, witness statements and other evidentiary material
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and legal research capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
A client-focused approach with strong relationship management skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and support junior team members
