Associate, Commercial Insurance & Liability - Sydney

An established national law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Casualty team in Sydney. The role focuses on defendant-side public liability matters, with particular emphasis on historical abuse and personal injury claims, acting for national and international insurers, self-insured entities and government agencies.

You will work within a high-performing, collaborative team on challenging and complex matters for a blue-chip client base, with direct access to partners genuinely invested in your development and growth.

• At least 2 years' experience from a well-regarded insurance team
• Experience in defendant liability and abuse claims
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
