Associate Solicitor — Motor Recoveries (Litigation) — Liverpool

Senior associate-level role within a national law firm’s motor recoveries team, handling high-value and complex motor recovery claims. The role involves end-to-end case management from liability and quantum review through to settlement or court, including instructing investigators and counsel and making Part 36 offers.

The team covers fast-track and multi-track motor recoveries, fraud, credit hire, indemnity issues and representation at inquests/criminal hearings. This is a hybrid role based in the Liverpool office and will include client meetings and regular internal reporting.

• Experience handling high-value, complex motor recoveries litigation.
• Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation process.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload and achieve chargeable hours/financial targets.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff and working to SLAs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Awareness of data protection requirements and professional compliance.
