Join a large national firm’s Serious Injury team in Leeds, working on life‑changing personal injury cases including brain, spinal cord and other severe injuries. The role involves managing your own caseload, providing day‑to‑day advice to clients and their families, and coordinating rehabilitation and wider support needs alongside damages claims.

You will be an integral member of the Leeds Serious Injury group, contributing to case reviews, supporting complex matters, and assisting with training and mentoring more junior colleagues. The team offers hybrid working flexibility and a supportive, inclusive environment.

  • Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years PQE in serious personal injury work.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of serious injury claims independently and to support senior colleagues on high‑value matters.
  • Strong client skills: empathy, communication and commitment to client rehabilitation and outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to contribute to business development and team objectives.
