Joining a national speciality liability team, you will manage a varied defendant caseload involving negligence, public- and employers' liability and related personal-injury matters. The role combines hands-on casework with opportunities to work on complex, high-value claims for public sector bodies, insurers and corporate clients.

The team adopts a pragmatic, technology-enabled approach to litigation, emphasising efficient, data-driven outcomes and collaborative problem solving. You will receive structured mentoring, clear progression pathways and access to professional development and secondment opportunities.

This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Sheffield, suitable for a candidate who enjoys technical defence work and working as part of a specialist national practice.

Minimum 2 years' PQE in defendant litigation or related personal-injury defence work.
Experience handling complex, varied caseloads with minimal supervision.
Strong organisation, legal analysis and communication skills.
Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast-moving, specialist practice.
