Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national structured finance team in Austin, focused primarily on commercial mortgage‑backed securities (CMBS). The group handles a full range of securitization and structured‑finance work, including commercial mortgage, residential mortgage, auto, credit card, CLOs and other debt financings.

The role offers transactional responsibilities on CMBS matters, exposure to related securitization products, and participation in a collaborative team with formal training and mentoring. Candidates should expect a mix of drafting, deal execution and client interaction.

3–9 years' experience in securitization/structured finance; prior CMBS experience a plus
Active membership in the state bar of the office where the lawyer will be based
Excellent academic record and strong written and oral communication skills
Motivated, team‑oriented, with attention to deal execution and client service
