Leading international law firm seeking a mid-level structured finance associate to join its New York finance team. The role offers responsibility on securitization and structured finance transactions, with opportunities for substantive drafting, client contact and deal-management across the transaction lifecycle.

Work will include structuring, negotiating and documenting a range of financings (including warehouse facilities and forward-flow arrangements), preparing disclosure and offering materials where applicable, and collaborating with colleagues across practices on complex financings.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar (in good standing).
Approximately 3 years' experience in structured finance/securitization at a large or global law firm or comparable sophisticated practice.
Experience representing issuers, sponsors, borrowers and/or lenders on structured financings; familiarity with warehouse facilities and ABS or esoteric-asset financings preferred.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members.
