Join a structured finance team in London working on securitisations, insurance/reinsurance financings, asset servicing and other complex financing arrangements. The team collaborates closely with financial regulation, funds, insurance and derivatives colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver integrated commercial solutions.

This role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and extensive documentation, with opportunities for direct client contact and contribution to business development. The team welcomes candidates with structured finance experience and strong candidates from related finance backgrounds who want to specialise.

Qualified lawyer in England & Wales or another common-law jurisdiction
0–5 years PQE with experience in structured finance or complex financing transactions
Strong technical understanding of structured finance and ability to handle complex documentation
Excellent written and oral communication, client-facing skills and a collaborative, proactive working style
