Top-tier law firm is seeking a structured finance associate to join its finance group. This opening is available in New York, Boston, Los Angeles or Philadelphia and involves working on securitizations, structured financings and asset‑based lending matters across the firm’s U.S. offices.

The role includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research and due diligence, supporting closings and other deal phases, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Associates will work collaboratively on client matters, attend hearings/negotiations as needed, and contribute to firm and pro bono initiatives.

The position is hybrid with a regular in‑office presence expected; professional development and mentorship are provided to support technical and career growth.

JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. state(s)
3–6 years’ experience in structured finance, securitization and/or asset‑based lending (AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred)
Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills; attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication, client service orientation, and ability to work independently and in teams
