Leading global structured finance team seeking newly qualified associates to join its London office. The group advises on a wide range of securitisations, CLOs and asset-backed financing, including both traditional and bespoke transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Successful candidates will work on deal execution across the full lifecycle — drafting transaction documents, coordinating cross-border counsel, and addressing commercial, insolvency and tax-related issues that arise in complex financings.

The team offers exposure to market-leading, high-value matters and a collaborative environment supported by broad global resources and specialist tax, insolvency and regulatory colleagues.

Newly qualified (NQ) solicitor or equivalent
Background or strong interest in structured finance, securitisations, CLOs or asset-backed lending
Excellent drafting and transactional skills; comfortable with complex documentation
Ability to work on cross-border matters and coordinate with multi-jurisdictional teams
